Charles
The hotel was exceptionally comfortable in general, had attentive staff who looked after our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was air conditioned, the bathroom was nicely appointed. The bed was comfy, after a long drive. Location: the property was right by the center of Bullring shopping area, the screeching trains pulling in at 5 am, and all the Bars/ Restaurants around Colmore Row area, and Mailbox. Birmingham Shopping district was worth visiting.

And it also had magnificent view.

We had studio apartment with a fantastic view. An iron, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV in the room were useful.
The bathroom I had was very small.

We had an absolutely amazing stay for our wedding anniversary. We requested the anniversary package and they even catered to my allergies. We were upgraded to a higher floor and it blew me away when I walked in. The modern feel and floor to ceiling windows with city views were breathtaking. We will definitely be rebooking again.

My weekend break was fabulous! The apartment I stayed in was nicely decorated, with stunning views over the city and all the amenities I needed, including tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect! So close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, and within easy reach of the train station, making it an ideal base to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Finding the hotel was quite difficult, as the GPS was not very helpful, and the instructions given by the receptionist were not very clear. Also, the bed was not very comfortable, and the duvet was a bit heavy, which made it difficult for me to sleep.
