Reviews of Staying Cool At Rotunda
The hotel was exceptionally comfortable in general, had attentive staff who looked after our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was air conditioned, the bathroom was nicely appointed. The bed was comfy, after a long drive. Location: the property was right by the center of Bullring shopping area, the screeching trains pulling in at 5 am, and all the Bars/ Restaurants around Colmore Row area, and Mailbox. Birmingham Shopping district was worth visiting.
our stay was fantastic, exceeding our expectations. from the warm reception to the thoughtful text from simon, the staff were friendly and helpful. our room on the 16th floor had a stunning view of the city and all the necessary amenities. everything was clean and tidy, making for a great value for money experience. we hope to return in the future.
inconvenient drag of luggage through busy bullring.
The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city centre surrounded by shops and with spectacular views. The room was clean and exceeded my expectations, with all the necessary facilities. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
And it also had magnificent view.
We had studio apartment with a fantastic view. An iron, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV in the room were useful.
The bathroom I had was very small.
We had an absolutely amazing stay for our wedding anniversary. We requested the anniversary package and they even catered to my allergies. We were upgraded to a higher floor and it blew me away when I walked in. The modern feel and floor to ceiling windows with city views were breathtaking. We will definitely be rebooking again.
Very central location was a plus.
The rooms were bright, complete with fabulous views and crockery plus bath, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.
Didn't like the area, it was very busy.
The total experience was perfect 10/10, I would be happy to recommend. The food was brilliant - variety of options. Got studio apartment with proper amenities when arrived, liked that.
The room I booked was immaculate and had a lovely view, and the location was incredible, just a short 5-minute walk away from a one-of-a-kind museum.
The studio apartment was great with exceptionally comfortable beds. They had a quick check-in.
Hotel was cool and quiet, I greatly enjoyed the stay.
Everything was excellent, including accommodating staff. I stayed in exceptionally clean room with great views of Birmingham great concierge Simon who was very helpful, cooking utensils, all the amenities as expected. The price was £ 166.
My weekend break was fabulous! The apartment I stayed in was nicely decorated, with stunning views over the city and all the amenities I needed, including tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect! So close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, and within easy reach of the train station, making it an ideal base to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Finding the hotel was quite difficult, as the GPS was not very helpful, and the instructions given by the receptionist were not very clear. Also, the bed was not very comfortable, and the duvet was a bit heavy, which made it difficult for me to sleep.
Loved our stay, had good 2 days overall. The room was new-fashioned and air conditioned with views. A coffeemaker, a fridge and an oven were a big plus. The location was incredible, not very far from Thank You.
Our room was compact and fabulous and complete with comfortable seating, well-appointed kitchens, breath-taking views. The staff were accommodating and flexible and the design was modern.
